Claim the First Login Reward

New players can claim the First Login Reward after creating an account and confirming their age and location eligibility. Select “COLLECT” when the reward is available to receive the welcome coins. The reward may include GC and promotional SC; check the offer shown in the Hall for the specific contents and any applicable terms.

GC are for entertainment play and have no cash value. SC are free promotional entries, are never sold, and may be redeemed for eligible prizes when platform requirements are met.

Build a Daily Bonus Streak

Return to Luxi Prize each day to collect the Daily Bonus, which can include both GC and promotional SC. Rewards increase through a consecutive-login streak, with an enhanced reward on Day 7. The streak makes regular check-ins relevant to the promotion, but the reward shown in your account is the one to review before collecting.

Earn Rewards Through Challenges and Special Offers

Daily Challenges give players another way to earn rewards. Complete the activities shown in the app to receive the applicable reward and open reward boxes. Activities and rewards may vary by account, location, and availability.

Other offers may appear in the Hall, including Add-to-Home offers and Special Packs. Availability can differ by account and region, so check the offer details displayed to you rather than assuming a promotion is available to every player. In-game inbox gifts, Lucky7 spins, and Piggy Bank rewards are additional reward mechanisms that may be available.

Invite New Players and Earn Referral Rewards

Eligible players can receive SC rewards for referring up to ten new users. A referred player must complete customer verification, but does not need to make a purchase for the referral to qualify.

To use an invite code, the new player must enter it through “Invite → Have an invite code?” within seven days of registration. Review the referral terms in the Hall for the applicable requirements before sharing an invite.

Free Mail-In SC

A postal request provides an additional no-purchase method to receive 2 SC for each valid request. First generate a request code through “My Account → Get Mail-in Code.” On an unlined, unfolded 4 × 6-inch white card or paper, handwrite your full name, account email, registered residential address, request code, and a statement requesting free SC and accepting the terms and sweepstakes rules.

Place one request in each stamped #10 envelope marked “Sweepstakes Entries,” and mail it from the state registered on your account to:

Request codes do not expire, and there is no request limit. Valid requests are targeted for credit within seven business days of receipt, with a maximum processing period of fourteen business days. Follow the Official Sweepstakes Rules to ensure your request meets the requirements.

Coin Packages, VIP Rewards, and Other Promotions

Optional GC packages may include complimentary SC. These SC remain promotional entries, not purchased currency, and the package terms determine how they can be used. The platform also has VIP weekly, level-up, and birthday rewards; check the Hall for any benefits available to your account.

The Hall of Fame displays current-week and previous-week rankings, including player results and SC wins. Luxi Prize also has four SC jackpot tiers: Mini, Minor, Major, and Luxi. These features are separate from guaranteed promotional rewards, and results are not assured.

Understand Playthrough and Redemption Terms

Complimentary SC included with GC purchases require 1× playthrough. Other promotional SC, including mail-in rewards, may carry playthrough requirements of up to 5×. The requirement assigned when SC are awarded applies to those coins. If playthrough is not completed within 30 days of the latest promotional SC award, the promotional SC and associated held winnings expire. Individual offers may set shorter expiration periods, redemption caps, or holds.

At least 30 eligible SC, equivalent to $30, are required for redemption, though some payout methods may have a higher minimum. Redemption also requires age, identity, and location verification. Only eligible SC can be redeemed; GC cannot be exchanged for prizes.
